Registration and fees

* Reductions for EURALEX members can be claimed by participants who have settled membership fees no later than 31 January 2018 via OUP website.

** This fee includes a two-year EURALEX membership (it does not include an automatic subscription to the International Journal of Lexicography). The membership fee amounts to 30 € and allows you to participate in the next EURALEX Congress as a EURALEX member. You can also subscribe as a non-member without necessarily becoming a EURALEX member. However, no reduction of the fee is foreseen in this case.

Registration includes all congress sessions, coffee breaks and lunches. The gala dinner (see below) is not included.

Early bird registration deadline: 1st May 2018. To qualify for the early-bird registration, both payment and registration must be completed by the deadline.

Please send us any notification of cancellations via e-mail at euralex2018@seznami.cjvt.si.

Cancellations received before 18 May 2018 will be refunded in full, minus the cost of € 30 processing fee.

Cancellations received between 18 May 2018 and 3 July 2018 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the registration costs.  This applies to conference fees and social events equally.

Cancellations received after 3 July 2018 will not be eligible for a refund.

The gala congress dinner venue lies in an idyllic location in the heart of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. It can only accommodate a limited number of participants, so tickets are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The dinner ticket includes transport, pre-dinner drinks, a meal, a limited bar tab and entertainment.

Price per person: 55 € (to be paid when registering for the Congress)
